You’ll visit Skibbereen’s heritage centre and the town’s heritage sites, as well as a West Cork farm which produces award-winning milk that reaches your plate in the form of some of Ireland’s best-known cheeses.

This is a story of a resilient community that has made food production the key to its future, and the tour is a wonderful way to learn more about West Cork’s story.

Your tour takes in a museum and walking tour of the town itself before you’re welcomed on to a working dairy farm with views across the lush landscapes where Ireland’s best ingredients are produced.
